For more than 15 years, David B. White has been called upon by clients to help them with alternative forms of dispute resolution. He is regularly requested to serve as a mediator in a variety of litigation matters, including those related to discovery and e-discovery disputes, as well as the Freedom of Information Act.
When it comes to his alternative dispute resolution practice, Dave draws from his 30-plus years of legal experience representing a spectrum of clients— from Fortune 500 corporations, to small, emerging businesses and individuals across a variety of industries— at Burns White LLC. His practice spans several areas of litigation, including financial institution, commercial, products liability, professional malpractice, employment, civil rights and energy.
Dave received both J.D. and B.S. degrees from Duquesne University.
